Terms and Conditions

1. Course Enrollment:

• Enrollment in the Smart Contract Engineer Bootcamp is open to individuals who meet the program requirements.
• After meeting the program requirements, you will be sent a link with payment details.
• Upon enrollment, participants will be provided with a confirmation email containing important details about the course.

2. Fee, Payment and Refunds:

• The fee for the entire course shall be KES 130,000.00
• Course fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the program.
• Refunds are generally not available once the course has commenced. However, exceptions may be made in certain circumstances, such as in cases of unforeseen circumstances or medical emergencies.

3. Course Materials and Access:

• Participants will be provided with access to course materials, including lectures, assignments, and readings.
• Access to course materials may be limited to the duration of the program.

4. Attendance and Participation:

• Regular attendance and active participation are essential for successful completion of the course.
• Absences may be excused in certain circumstances, but excessive absences may result in academic penalties like discontinuation.

5. Academic Integrity:

• Participants are expected to adhere to the highest standards of academic integrity.
• Plagiarism and other forms of academic dishonesty will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action.

6. Course Completion and Certification:

• Successful completion of the course requires satisfactory performance on assignments, projects, and assessments.
• Upon successful completion, participants will receive a certificate of completion.

7. Changes to the Course:

• ABYA University reserves the right to make changes to the course curriculum, schedule, or instructors as necessary.

8. Governing Law:

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya.

9. Dispute Resolution:

• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through negotiation or mediation. If resolution cannot be achieved through these means, the parties agree to submit to arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya.  

10. Waiver and Severability:

• Failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.  
• If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
